How long does it take before returning the product? Do I have to pay freight?
#SHEINcares-Because everyone is required to stay at home, we want to do our part to help. For all orders placed after February 1, 2020, the return window has been extended from 45 days to 75 days.
1. You can get up to 45 days to get rewards. You must return the postmark within 45 days of the purchase date and postmark the postmark with the postmark. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from the date of purchase.
2. Free shipping on any order you return for the first time. You must use the shipping label provided by us (for details, please refer to the "How do I return the product?" section), and then send it back within 45 days from the date of purchase and postmark the package.

2. Find the order in "My Order" and click the "Return" button.
3. Select the item you want to return, explain the reason and submit.
4. Print the return label and paste it firmly on the outside of the return package.
5. Arrange for pickup at the email office or get off at the nearest post office.
Note: If you want to return the payment yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure to mark the postmark as having a postmark within 45 days after the purchase date. (For more information, please see the "Important Notice" section)
*The shipping label provided by us is only valid when you are transporting in the United

How to find the generated return label?
Find the returned order in "My Orders" → click "Order Details" → click "Return and Refund Records" in the upper right corner → click "View" to download.
If the item is worn, damaged or the label is removed, can I still return it?
1. You can only return items that are not worn, washed, or damaged, with original labels and original packaging.
2. The following items are not refundable: tights, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets). If the sanitary seal is damaged, we will not provide a refund for cosmetics.
3. Items with non-refundable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Important reminder:
1. Do not send the return order to the sender address on the package. This is not the sender's address and will affect your sender's processing. Even if you use your own shipping method, you should only send it to the address on the shipping label provided by us.
2. Please ensure that your return package does not contain non-weisstar items. We will not be responsible for sending these items back to you.

How do I get a refund?
1. The refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. You can choose whether to return your SHEIN e-wallet or the original payment method.
2. We will not include the original shipping and insurance because they are not refundable.
3. During peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, it may take up to 1 week of extra time to process your refund. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
